As early as the beginning of 2003, the development of the new engine of AVIC Liyang aero-engine company in southeastern Guizhou officially entered the engineering design stage. In the process of designing the engine core machine, Comrade Weina Huang was ordered at a critical moment, which provoked the burden of the director and chief designer of the product design department of Guizhou Aeroengine Research Institute.

In 2009, Guizhou Aero-Engine Research Institute launched a crucial attack on the development of various types of aero-engines that were approved by the state in 2008. The engineering design and test verification of the new engine, as well as factory trial production, high altitude simulation test bench verification test, first flight verification test and other tasks are extremely arduous. At that time, Guizhou Aeroengine Research Institute was responsible for the design, modification and mass production delivery of two series turbojet engines. As soon as Weina Huang arrived at the Institute, he undertook the tasks of aerodynamic calculation and characteristic calculation of the turbine parts of the newly modified engine. She went deep into the field of scientific research and production, humbly asked old comrades to understand the existing technical quality problems. While busy with scientific research and design, Weina Huang also participated in various activities organized by research institutes and higher authorities for many times. Her keen thinking, strict logic, outstanding literary talent and excellent eloquence have enabled her to win good rankings many times in the speech contest. Weina Huang was pregnant in the review stage of the national unified entrance examination for graduate students, but she still insisted on reviewing and taking the exam with other comrades. Only 30 days after giving birth to her daughter, she went to Northwestern Polytechnical University to study for a master's degree in aero-engine. What kind of will and strength does a woman need?
During the period of 1998, Weina Huang won an excellent master's thesis, and I was rated as an excellent master's student.
