Knowledge of TCM medication
First, antiperspirants are also called antiperspirants.
It refers to drugs that relieve exterior syndrome by sweating, such as ephedra, cassia twig, ginger, mint, perilla, mulberry leaf and so on.
1. After taking this kind of medicine, stay in bed immediately. In hot days, according to the season, such as cold weather, cover with thick quilts and towels, or add clothes or use hot water bottles to keep warm, so as to facilitate perspiration. Pay attention to air circulation in summer to prevent indoor sultry, but avoid direct flow; Eat hot porridge in winter, or onion ginger soup or brown sugar water. Anyone who perspires should only sweat slightly all over the body, so as not to sweat out, so as not to consume yang and body fluid. If sweating is used to reduce swelling, only sweating can be used properly. Because this "sweat is the body fluid of the heart", especially when warm and poisonous pathogens invade, sweating is the easiest to consume body fluid, so we must master the sense of proportion. Use with caution for the elderly and infirm. Prevent collapse and syncope due to excessive sweating.
2. If you continue to sweat, you can mix 9 grams of calcined keel, 9 grams of calcined oyster powder, 9 grams of raw astragalus powder and 30 grams of japonica rice powder, sieve them, wrap them evenly with cloth and pat them. Dry with a dry towel after sweating and change into sweaty clothes. But be careful not to catch cold in the wind.
3. After taking the medicine, carefully observe whether there is sweating, how much sweating, the nature of sweating and the changes of complexion, body temperature and pulse condition.
Second, laxatives.
Refers to all drugs that can cause diarrhea or make the large intestine unobstructed and promote defecation. According to the different functions and indications, it can be divided into three categories: attacking drugs, moistening drugs and draining water when it is heavy. Attack drugs such as rhubarb, mirabilite, senna, etc. Moisturizing drugs such as hemp seed and plum; Xia Jun diuretics such as kansui, spurge, Daphne genkwa and croton. Among them, the purgative effect of attacking drugs and attacking drugs is more important, especially the latter. Dryness-moistening drugs can moisten the intestines and relax the bowels.
1. Acute abdominal pain, diarrhea or nausea and vomiting may occur after taking the medicine. Patients should stay in bed after taking medicine. If patients are nervous or even afraid of not receiving treatment, they should do a good job of explanation and persuasion to remove unnecessary things brought by ideological fear.
2. After taking the medicine, if you have severe abdominal pain and diarrhea, or diarrhea is not much, but you often vomit, sweat, panic, shortness of breath and pale face, you should promptly explain to the doctors in the nearby hospital for proper and effective treatment.
This medicine is easy to hurt stomach qi. Once it takes effect, be careful not to overdo it.
Third, emetic drugs are also called emetic drugs.
Refers to all drugs whose main function is to promote vomiting, such as Fructus Trichosanthis, Veratrum nigrum and Changshan.
1. These drugs have strong effects, most of which are toxic and have great side effects. When using, when paying attention to the dosage, the method of gradually increasing the dosage can generally be adopted.
2. Before taking the medicine, tie the abdomen with a wide cloth or a long towel. When you don't vomit after taking the medicine 10~20 seconds, you can gently touch your throat with clean goose feathers or fingers or drink more hot water to help you, and loosen your belt after vomiting. If you feel dizzy or vomit, you should be rescued in time. Zhang pointed out the rescue method: "Don't be surprised if you vomit to dizziness ... If you feel dizzy, you can drink ice cubes immediately to relieve it. If there is no ice, you can also draw new water. " He also said: "If Veratrum vomits, it will not only be solved with onion soup; It is not only licorice and Guanzhong that spit with stone medicine; Those who spit on the grass and trees can be solved with musk. "
3. Vomiting is to dispel evil and eliminate stagnation, not to overdo it, so as to avoid excessive consumption of body fluid and gas. Heart disease, blood loss, vomiting blood and hemoptysis, physical weakness, the elderly, children, women before and after pregnancy, as well as dizziness, palpitation, cough and asthma. , should be taboo. If necessary, it must be carried out under the guidance and observation of medical staff to avoid accidents.
4. Take a rest after vomiting. It is not advisable to eat immediately, especially greasy, fried, hard and indigestible food. Once the gastrointestinal function is restored, drink liquid or digestible food to nourish the stomach.
Four. repellent
It refers to drugs with the main function of repelling or killing parasites, which are called anthelmintics, such as gentleman, neem bark, betel nut, thunder pill, turnip and so on. Mainly used for intestinal parasitic diseases, such as ascariasis, pinworm disease, tapeworm disease, hookworm disease and so on.
1. This medicine should be taken on an empty stomach, so that it can easily act on insects and achieve the effect of expelling insects.
2. Avoid cold and greasy things, such as peaches, plums, cantaloupes, or pigs, cows and mutton. During the medication, so as not to affect the curative effect.
3. Some of these drugs are quite toxic, so we must pay attention to the dosage when using them, so as not to damage the healthy qi. When the dosage is insufficient, the purpose of expelling insects can not be achieved, so children should use drugs according to their weight and age; When fever or abdominal pain is severe, it is not suitable for use temporarily. Pregnant women and elderly patients should use it with caution.
This medicine damages the spleen and stomach, so you should pay attention to regulating the spleen and stomach after taking it. You can take ginseng Jianpi pills, and if you have food stagnation, you can take Baohe pills to eliminate it. The diet should be light and nutritious. Eat less and eat more. Keep your diet warm, especially for children. Don't eat cold rice, so as not to damage the spleen and stomach again.
2. 200 words of drug safety knowledge
Drug safety knowledge 1, how to use drugs correctly? (1) Appropriate drugs.
Choose the most suitable medicine according to your physical condition. (2) Appropriate dosage.
Take it in strict accordance with the dosage prescribed by the doctor's advice or instructions. (3) the right time.
Some drugs need to be taken before meals, some need to be taken after meals and some need to be taken between meals. If you don't take it according to the method, it will affect the effect or cause * * * to the stomach.
(4) Appropriate ways. Patients are suitable for oral medication, and try not to use intravenous medication.
Now a sequential therapy is advocated, that is, after controlling symptoms by infusion, oral drugs are changed to consolidate treatment. (5) Suitable patients.
The same disease happened to two people. Because of the differences between individuals, even if the same drug is used, it should be balanced comprehensively. The treatment plan can't be applied to everyone. (6) Appropriate course of treatment.
Prolonging the administration time can easily lead to cumulative poisoning, bacterial resistance, drug dependence and other adverse reactions. However, once the symptoms are controlled, drug withdrawal often cannot completely cure the disease. Only by grasping the cycle can we get twice the result with half the effort.
(7) Appropriate treatment objectives. Patients often hope to get rid of the disease and be cured completely, or unrealistically demand the use of drugs without toxic side effects.
Both doctors and patients should adopt a positive, correct and objective attitude according to the specific situation and reach an understanding. 2. The medication principle of "five before five" (1) is to use diet before medication.
For example, drinking ginger slices and brown sugar water can cure colds, and constipation can eat spinach porridge. If you don't get better after diet therapy, you can consider physical therapy, * * *, acupuncture and other methods, and finally you can use medicine.
(2) Chinese medicine should be used first, then western medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine is mostly natural medicine, and its toxicity and side effects are generally much smaller than those of western medicine, unless western medicine is really effective.
Generally speaking, it is best to take Chinese medicine first. (3) External use before oral administration.
In order to reduce the toxicity of drugs to human body, drugs can be used externally to treat diseases, such as dermatosis, gingivitis, sprain and so on. You can use external drugs to detoxify and reduce swelling, and it is best not to take oral anti-inflammatory drugs. (4) Take orally before injection.
Some elderly people want to get an injection when they are sick, thinking that the injection will come quickly, but it is not. Drugs flow to the whole body through blood and blood vessel walls, and finally enter the heart, which directly threatens the blood vessel walls and the heart.
Therefore, if the disease can be alleviated by internal medicine, there is no need to use injections. (5) First use patented drugs and then use new drugs.
In recent years, new drugs are constantly emerging. Generally speaking, they have unique curative effects in some aspects. However, due to the short application time, their shortcomings and side effects, especially long-term side effects, have not been recognized. Therefore, it is best for middle-aged and elderly people to use Chinese and western medicine first when they get sick, and be cautious when they really need to use new drugs, especially imported drugs.
3. What is the common sense of compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine?
Traditional Chinese medicine is toxic, but the toxicity of different drugs is different, and it is safe within the range of medicinal dosage. If it exceeds the safe range of medication, it may have toxic and side effects, and it is often used in treatment. The following is the common sense of compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine.
Compatibility refers to the selective use of more than two drugs according to the needs of diseases and the characteristics of drugs.
The predecessors called the application of single drug and the compatibility between drugs "seven emotions". The formulation of "seven emotions" was first seen in Shennong Herbal Classic. The preface says: "medicine ... has a single line, mutual needs, mutual help, mutual fear, mutual evil, opposition and mutual killing." These seven emotions are all combined with each other. " The first thing is "one-way". Single line refers to the treatment of a disease with a single drug.
The condition is relatively simple, and the curative effect can be achieved by choosing targeted drugs. For example, Jinqing Powder only uses Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi to treat mild pulmonary heat hemoptysis; Modern disposable crane grass buds repel tapeworms, and many effective "unilateral" ones meet the requirements of simplicity and inspection, and are easy to use and popularize. However, if the condition is serious or complicated, the intensity of a single drug is limited, so it is difficult to fully consider the treatment requirements; Some drugs have toxic and side effects, and it is difficult to avoid adverse reactions when used alone, so it is often necessary to use more than two drugs at the same time. When drugs are used together, there will be some interactions between drugs, such as some can enhance or reduce the original curative effect, some can inhibit or eliminate side effects, and some can produce or enhance side effects. Therefore, when using more than two kinds of drugs, we must choose, which raises the problem of drug compatibility. Among the "seven emotions" summarized by predecessors, except for singleness, the other six aspects are all about compatibility. Now described as follows:
Monophasic beard
That is, drugs with similar performance and curative effect can enhance the original curative effect. For example, gypsum combined with Anemarrhena asphodeloides can obviously enhance the curative effect of clearing heat and purging fire; The combination of rhubarb and mirabilite can obviously enhance the curative effect of diarrhea fever; The combination of scorpion and centipede can obviously enhance the spasmolysis and tetany.
Two ambassadors
That is to say, there are some characteristics in performance and curative effect, or although the performance and curative effect are different, the combination of drugs with the same therapeutic purpose, with one drug as the main and another drug as the supplement, can improve the curative effect of the main drug. For example, the compatibility of Astragalus membranaceus and Poria cocos can improve the therapeutic effect of Astragalus membranaceus. Coptidis Rhizoma and Radix Aucklandiae are used to treat damp-heat diarrhea and acute abdominal pain. Coptis chinensis is mainly used for clearing away heat and dampness, detoxifying and stopping dysentery. The effect of Rhizoma Coptidis on damp-heat diarrhea can be enhanced by regulating Radix Aucklandiae, promoting qi circulation and relieving pain. If it is combined with rhubarb with laxative effect, the anthelmintic effect of Wan Lei can be enhanced.
Three-stage fear
That is to say, the toxic reaction or side effect of one drug can be alleviated or eliminated by another drug. For example, the toxicity of raw Pinellia ternata and raw South Star can be reduced or eliminated by ginger, so raw Pinellia ternata and raw South Star are afraid of ginger.
Quadra Kill
In other words, one drug can reduce or eliminate the toxicity or side effects of another drug. For example, ginger can reduce or eliminate the toxicity or side effects of raw Pinellia ternata and raw South Star, so ginger kills the toxicity of raw Pinellia ternata and raw South Star. It can be seen that mutual fear and mutual killing are actually two dosage forms with the same compatibility, especially in the mutual treatment between drugs.
Five evils
That is, when two drugs are used together, one drug can reduce or even lose the original curative effect of the other drug. For example, ginseng hates radish seeds, because radish seeds will weaken the qi-invigorating effect of ginseng. Evil is only the weakening or loss of one or several aspects of the efficacy of two drugs, and not both drugs are evil. For example, ginger hates Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, but the effects of warming lung stomach of ginger and clearing lung stomach of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi inhibit each other and the curative effect is reduced. However, ginger can also stimulate appetite, treat eating disorders and vomiting, and Scutellaria baicalensis can also clear shaoyang and eliminate heat evil. In these respects, the two drugs are not necessarily antagonistic.
Whether the two drugs are evil or not is also related to the syndromes treated. If ginseng is used to treat deficiency of qi or deficiency of both spleen and lung, and radish seeds are used to eliminate stagnation, the effect of ginseng on invigorating qi will be reduced. However, for the syndrome of spleen deficiency, food stagnation and qi stagnation, if ginseng alone is used to replenish qi, it is not conducive to the syndrome of stagnation and fullness; Using radish alone to eliminate stagnation will aggravate qi deficiency. The combination of the two complements each other, so the new edition of materia medica says: "ginseng gets radish seeds, and its work is more magical." Therefore, in principle, we should avoid the compatibility of opposites, but there is also a side that can be used. This can explain why there are more than 100 kinds of evil drugs listed in herbal literature of past dynasties, but clinicians do not regard the compatibility of evil drugs as a taboo.
Six opposites
That is to say, the combination of two drugs can produce or enhance toxic reactions or side effects. For example, some drugs in "eighteen evils" and "nineteen fears" (see "contraindications").
The relationship between the above six aspects can be summarized as four, that is, in the case of compatible application: ① Some drugs improve the curative effect due to synergistic effect and should be fully utilized in clinical medication; ② Some drugs may antagonize each other and weaken the original curative effect, so attention should be paid when using drugs; ③ Some drugs can reduce or eliminate the original toxicity or side effects due to interaction, so they must be considered when applying toxic drugs or potent drugs; ④ Some drugs produce or enhance toxic and side effects due to interaction, which are incompatible and should be avoided in principle.
Based on the above, it can be seen that from single drug to compatible application, it is gradually accumulated and enriched through a long process of practice and understanding. Compatibility and application of drugs are the main forms of traditional Chinese medicine. The medicines are combined according to a certain weight, a certain proportion is determined, and an appropriate dosage form, namely a prescription, is made. Prescription is the development of drug compatibility and a higher form of drug compatibility application.
4. Ask for an article about common sense of TCM.
The application of traditional Chinese medicine has a long history. It has played an important role in the prosperity of the Chinese nation and still plays an important role in the medical care of the people in China.
The theory and practical experience of TCM embodies the characteristics of China culture, which is not only a treasure in the medical treasure house of China, but also an important part of the excellent cultural heritage of the Chinese nation. Traditional Chinese medicine mostly comes from natural medicine, with little toxic and side effects, and blindly uses various ingredients to treat many diseases.
Traditional Chinese medicine is mostly used in compound form. Through reasonable compatibility, it can not only adapt to complex diseases, but also improve drug efficacy and reduce toxic and side effects. 1. What happened to the monarch, minister and assistant in the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine? The monarch, minister, assistant and envoy in traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions are a form of compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions, which is determined according to the function of single traditional Chinese medicine in prescriptions. Jun is doctrine, and Jun is often the traditional Chinese medicine that plays a leading role in treatment.
For example, Sijunzi Decoction is used to treat anorexia, loose stool, long urine, abdominal distension, pale or sallow complexion, weakness of language, weakness of limbs, and thready or heavy pulse caused by spleen and stomach qi deficiency. Its formula is composed of ginseng, Atractylodes macrocephala, Poria and licorice. Ginseng has a good effect of invigorating qi, strengthening spleen and strengthening yang, poor appetite and loose stools. Ginseng plays the role of monarch in Zisi Tang.
Atractylodes macrocephala is also a good medicine for strengthening the spleen, but its effect is not as good as ginseng, and its nourishing power is weak. It is a blind minister's medicine, and the auxiliary medicine refers to poria cocos, which has diuretic effect and can strengthen the spleen and soothe the nerves at the same time. Chinese medicine believes that the spleen likes dryness and is afraid of dampness, and poria cocos can induce diuresis. Therefore, the adjuvant poria cocos in this prescription has a better effect on strengthening the spleen. Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch is the leading drug in Sijunzi Decoction, which can coordinate the therapeutic effects of ginseng as monarch drug, atractylodes macrocephala as minister drug and poria as adjuvant drug, and at the same time guide all drugs to the viscera and meridians to be treated, so that the therapeutic effect is more targeted.
There are also some prescriptions, such as Liuyi Powder and Baihu Decoction, which are not necessarily compatible according to the principle of monarch and assistant, but the general principle is also the relationship between main medicine and auxiliary medicine; How to match specific prescriptions depends on the syndrome differentiation of diseases. 2. What are the four flavors of traditional Chinese medicine? Four qi, also known as four natures, are cold, hot and cold.
Diseases can be divided into heat syndrome and cold syndrome. Generally speaking, most of the drugs that can treat heat syndrome belong to cold or cool drugs, such as cold coptis root, phellodendron bark and rhubarb, which can clear away heat, reduce fire and detoxify. Drugs that can treat cold syndrome are mostly warm drugs or hot drugs, such as hot aconite, dried ginger and fennel, which can warm the middle warmer and dispel cold.
Temperature and heat, cold and cool are only differences in degree. Cold-cooling drugs have the functions of clearing away heat, purging fire and detoxifying, and are often used to treat diseases with yang syndrome and heat syndrome.
Warming drugs have the functions of warming middle warmer, saving adverse reactions and dispelling cold, and are often used to treat yin syndrome and cold syndrome. Some drugs are mild in nature, but some are cold or hot, so they also belong to the four qi, such as some tonics, qi-regulating drugs and diuretics.
Five flavors refer to the pungent, sweet, sour, bitter and salty flavors of drugs, and different flavors have different functions. Traditional Chinese medicine with the same taste has the same effect. For example, pungent herbs can disperse qi and blood, and are suitable for exterior syndrome, qi stagnation and blood stasis. Bitter medicine can purge dryness and is suitable for heat syndrome and dampness syndrome; The sour taste can be converged, and it is suitable for night sweats, nocturnal emission and persistent diarrhea. Salty and soft, suitable for constipation, lump, carbuncle and other diseases; Sweet and sweet, can replenish energy and slow down, and is suitable for weakness or tenderness, contraction pain and other symptoms; But the two must be used in combination.
For example, Coptis chinensis and Duckweed are cold medicines, which are bitter and pungent, so Coptis chinensis reduces fire and Duckweed dissipates wind and heat. The same sweet astragalus and reed rhizome, warm astragalus can benefit qi, and cold reed rhizome can clear away heat and relieve annoyance.
3. The taboo of eighteen evils and nineteen fears of traditional Chinese medicine mainly includes the following aspects: 1. Contraindications of compatibility: It is mentioned in principle in the "Compatibility" section of traditional Chinese medicine that some drugs should be avoided in compound compatibility. Shennong's Classic of Materia Medica calls the relationship between these drugs "mutual evil" and "opposition".
According to the statistics of Shu Ben Cao, there are 60 kinds of drugs in Ben Jing, whereas there are 18 kinds. The understanding and development of compatibility taboos in ancient books are inconsistent.
In the Jin and Yuan Dynasties, it was summarized as "Nineteen Fears" and "Eighteen Contradictions", and was composed into songs. Now the contents of the song are listed as follows. (1) Nineteen fears: sulfur is afraid of mirabilite, mercury is afraid of arsenic, Euphorbia fischeriana is afraid of lithuania, croton is afraid of Petunia, clove is afraid of turmeric, Sichuan aconite, wild aconite is afraid of rhinoceros, tooth nitrate is afraid of Trigonella, cinnamon is afraid of stone fat, and ginseng is afraid of trogopterori.
(2) eighteen opposites: licorice, spurge, seaweed and Daphne genkwa; Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata, Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae, Fructus Cucurbitae moschatae, Rhizoma Pinelliae, Radix Ampelopsis and Rhizoma Bletillae; Veratrum nigrum, Radix Adenophorae, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Radix Scrophulariae, Asari and Radix Paeoniae. Since then, the Compendium of Materia Medica, Jian Yao and other books have some discrepancies, but they are not as widely recognized and circulated as the Song of eighteen evils and nineteen fears.
The preface to Shen Nong's Materia Medica points out that "those who oppose evil can't be used" and "those who fear and kill each other can be used if they are toxic, but they can't be used together". Since the Song Dynasty, the relationship of "mutual fear" has also been listed as a compatibility taboo, which is confused with "mutual evil".
Therefore, the concept of "nineteen fears" has different meanings from "mutual fear", one of the "seven emotions" mentioned in the section of "Compatibility". Some drugs of "Nineteen Fears" and "Eighteen Contradictions" are somewhat different from the actual application, and doctors in past dynasties have also discussed them, citing ancient prescriptions as evidence to prove that some drugs can still be used together.
For example, croton in induction pills is used with Petunia; Gansui Banxia decoction is juxtaposed with licorice. Licorice and seaweed jade pot soup are used together. Shixiang Huanshen Pill uses cloves and turmeric together. Wu Dan is used together with rhinoceros horn. There is not much research work in this field in modern times. Some experimental studies show that the toxicity of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch and Kansui kansui kansui mainly depends on the dosage ratio of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. If the dose of licorice is equal to or greater than that of kansui, the toxicity is greater. Another example is that Fritillaria and Pinellia ternata are compatible with aconite respectively, and the toxicity is not significantly enhanced.
However, the combination of asarum and veratrum can lead to poisoning and death of experimental animals. Due to the study of "nineteen fears" and "eighteen contradictions", further experiments and observations are needed to study their mechanisms. Therefore, we should be cautious at present.
5. Common sense of how to take medicine and the most effective medicine.
1. Take medicine to eat Many people simply understand "before meals" as "before dinner", and snacks and fruits are not counted.
In fact, whenever there is food in the stomach, it is "after a meal". Because food will affect the absorption of drugs.
It means that after meals or between meals, it is mostly because such drugs have a * * effect on the digestive tract, and food may alleviate this discomfort, or the lipid substances contained in them can promote drug absorption. Generally speaking, before meals means half an hour before meals to 1 hour, and fasting means 2-4 hours after meals.
The frequency of taking medicine is mostly once a day to three times a day. People often equate "three meals a day" with three meals later. In fact, how many times and how long to take medicine a day is determined by pharmacists according to the changing law of drug concentration in blood within 24 hours.
Xu Yanxia pointed out that if you take medicine "three times a day", you should take it every 8 hours; If twice a day, it should be taken once every 12 hours. Considering most people's work and rest habits, three times a day can be arranged at 7: 00 am, 2 -3 pm and10 in the afternoon; Twice a day should be arranged at 7 am and 7 pm.
6. What is the common sense of safe medication in daily life?
1. Drugs should be prepared at home:
① Common drugs: commonly used drugs for respiratory diseases such as colds, asthma and tracheitis; Commonly used drugs for digestive tract diseases such as diarrhea, vomiting and loss of appetite; Others, such as cod liver oil, calcium tablets, external drugs for ENT and dermatology diseases, etc.
② Commonly used drugs: There are many kinds of drugs to treat various systemic diseases, so you only need to prepare commonly used drugs at home. There are many drugs with similar effects, so you can choose some for standby.
③ Safe medication: Children have strict medication requirements, and improper use may easily lead to adverse consequences. Spare drugs should be drugs with little side effects, little toxic reaction and simple use.
4 Easy to use: Internal medicine and external medicine are the main standing medicines at home. Try to use injections as little as possible, because improper use and poor mastery can easily lead to adverse consequences such as allergies and poisoning.
⑤ Easy-to-preserve drugs: Family-kept drugs generally last for a long time. This requires less drugs to be stored, especially those that are easy to deteriorate and fail. Specifically, tablets should be used as the main ingredient, supplemented by aqueous solutions. Select some drugs with better packaging for storage.
⑥ Drugs easy to master: All kinds of drugs have their own dosage, usage, indications and side effects, which are difficult for complicated parents to master. Therefore, the drugs in the reserve should be few and refined, with few types, easy to remember and use, and less mistakes.
2. Taking cold medicine should not eat sweets: Medical experiments have proved that if you take cold medicine containing acetaminophen on an empty stomach, it usually takes about 20 minutes, and the drug concentration in the blood can reach the highest. When the patient has sugary food in his stomach, the absorption of cold medicine will be delayed for 2 hours, which will affect his function. Eating too many sweets will also make a lot of sugar enter the blood, which will lead to poor appetite of patients. In addition, the sugar in sweets can promote the secretion of cortisol after entering the human body. Cortisol has an inhibitory effect on the immune system, which will greatly reduce the body resistance of patients, so remember not to eat sweets and sweet drinks when you have a cold.
3. Don't drink juice or milk when taking antibiotics: People in China have to take antibiotics to feel at ease. No matter whether you take antibiotics or not, remember not to drink juice or milk for 2 hours before and after taking antibiotics. This is because fruit juice, especially fresh fruit juice, is rich in fruit acid, which can accelerate the dissolution of antibiotics, reduce the efficacy of antibiotics, and may also generate harmful intermediate products and increase toxic and side effects; However, milk will reduce the activity of antibiotics, so that the efficacy can not be fully exerted and the due curative effect can not be achieved.
4. It is not advisable to drink milk when taking antidiarrheal drugs: when diarrhea occurs, our appetite tends to decrease. In order to supplement the lost nutrition, we often drink milk with higher nutritional value instead of food, but what you don't know is that milk not only reduces the efficacy of antidiarrheal drugs, but also the lactose in milk is easy to aggravate diarrhea symptoms. Therefore, never drink milk during diarrhea.
5. It is not advisable to drink coffee or cola when taking ibuprofen: ibuprofen is what we often call fenbid, which has anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effects. Headache, joint pain, toothache, cold and fever can all play a certain therapeutic role. However, because ibuprofen itself has a great effect on gastric mucosa, in order to avoid the aggravation of pain, we should try to avoid drinking beverages that secrete gastric acid, such as coffee and cola, so as not to aggravate the toxic side effects of ibuprofen on gastric mucosa and even induce gastric bleeding and gastric perforation.
6. Taking antihypertensive drugs should not eat grapefruit: The doctor suggested that it is best not to eat grapefruit or drink grapefruit juice during taking antihypertensive drugs. If you must eat grapefruit, you should take the corresponding antihypertensive drugs 12 hours after eating grapefruit. This is because grapefruit contains a chemical called furan coumarin, which can affect the function of an enzyme in the liver, greatly reduce the metabolism of this enzyme on drugs, and lead to the increase of blood drug concentration in the body. At the same time, the naringin in grapefruit will be added with E799Be5BaA6E7898E69D833133365643662 to accelerate the absorption of drugs in the intestine. Drug absorption is too fast and metabolism is too slow, which will lead to high drug concentration in blood. When antihypertensive drugs are taken together with grapefruit, patients will have some drug overdose reactions, including blood pressure drop, slow heart rate and even severe shock.
7. Taking diuretics should not eat bananas and oranges: Diuretics are commonly used in clinic, but it should be noted that potassium will remain in the blood during taking diuretics. However, bananas, oranges and other fruits are high in potassium. After taking it, patients accumulate too much potassium in the body, which is easy to induce heart and blood pressure complications.
7. Medical tips
The conflict between aspirin and alcohol. Wine is oxidized to acetaldehyde in the body first, and then to acetic acid. Aspirin will prevent acetaldehyde from being oxidized to acetic acid, which will make acetaldehyde accumulate in the body, aggravate symptoms such as fever and general pain, and easily cause liver damage. Berberine conflicts with tea. Tea contains about 10% tannin, which is easily decomposed into tannic acid in the body, and tannic acid will precipitate alkaloids in berberine, reducing its efficacy. So you can't drink tea for 2 hours before and after taking berberine.
Ibuprofen and coffee cola conflict. Fenbid has a * * effect on gastric mucosa, while caffeine in caffeine and cocaine in cola will secrete gastric acid, which will aggravate the side effects of ibuprofen on gastric mucosa and even induce gastric bleeding and gastric perforation. Antibiotics conflict with milk and juice. Don't drink milk or juice within 2 hours before and after taking antibiotics, because milk will reduce the activity of antibiotics and make the drug effect unable to give full play; Fruit acid rich in fruit juice (especially fresh fruit juice) will accelerate the dissolution of antibiotics, which will not only reduce the curative effect, but also increase the side effects.
Calcium tablets conflict with spinach. Spinach contains a lot of potassium oxalate. Electrolytic oxalate ions will precipitate calcium ions after entering the body, which will hinder the body from absorbing calcium and easily generate calcium oxalate stones. Don't eat spinach within 2 hours before and after eating calcium tablets, or cook spinach before eating.
Anti-allergic drugs conflict with cheese and meat products. Avoid histidine-rich foods such as cheese and meat products during taking anti-allergic drugs. Because histidine will be converted into histamine in the body, and anti-allergic drugs inhibit the decomposition of histamine, leading to histamine accumulation, inducing dizziness, headache, palpitation and other uncomfortable symptoms.
Antidiarrheal drugs conflict with milk. You can't drink milk when taking antidiarrheal drugs, because milk not only reduces the efficacy of antidiarrheal drugs, but also contains lactose, which is easy to aggravate diarrhea.
Diuretics conflict with bananas and oranges. Potassium will remain in the blood during taking diuretics. If you eat bananas and oranges rich in potassium, too much potassium will accumulate in your body, which will easily lead to complications in your heart and blood pressure.
Vitamin c conflicts with shrimp. Don't eat shrimp within 2 hours before and after taking vitamin C, because the copper in shrimp will oxidize vitamin C and make it ineffective. The pentavalent arsenic in shrimp easily reacts with vitamin C to produce toxic trivalent arsenic.
Antihypertensive drugs conflict with grapefruit juice. You can't drink grapefruit juice when taking antihypertensive drugs, because naringin in grapefruit juice will affect the action of an enzyme in the liver, which is related to the metabolism of antihypertensive drugs, and it is easy to cause high drug concentration in the blood and increase side effects.
