Binyang Dragon Running Festival is a unique traditional festival in Binyang County, Guangxi. It is a comprehensive folk festival in which Han and Zhuang cultures are integrated and symbiotic, with distinctive and rich national color. It is held on the eleventh day of the first lunar month every year.
2. March 3rd
The third day of the third lunar month is a traditional festival for many ethnic groups in China, among which Zhuang, Miao and Yao are typical festivals. In ancient times, young men and women of Zhuang nationality gathered in the street to sing and held banquets by the river. According to Zhuang legend, March 3rd is the birthday of Buluotuo, the ancestor of Zhuang nationality. The Han nationality is the Shangsi Festival. It is said that the ancestors are sacrificed on March 3, Xuanyuan is sacrificed on March 3, and Chiyou is sacrificed on March 3.
3. Maonan Dragon Festival
Dragon Boat Festival is a traditional festival for Maonan people to pray for a bumper harvest. It is held on the first day after the summer solstice (Dragon Day) of the lunar calendar, and the general activities last for two or three days. It is the oldest, grandest and most important festival of Maonan nationality.
4. Longsheng Yao Hong Fashion Festival
