1944 Is it a flat year or a leap year?
Leap year. Since the Gregorian calendar stipulates that the length of a year is 365 days, in order to make up for the error caused by period of revolution not being an integer, a leap day is added every four years to make up for this error. A leap year is a year in which the Gregorian calendar year is divisible by 4 but not by 100 or 400.
