Should the library ban taking pictures?

When I first saw this question, I was still puzzled: Why should the library ban taking pictures? So the reason why it is forbidden to take pictures is:

1: There may be flashes and sounds when taking pictures. This will affect other readers.

2. Library copyright, you may have photographed the contents of the book and then pirated it.

3. Portrait rights of other readers

4: I just don't want to be photographed (2333)

PS: Personally, it depends. For example, you are a library (I don't know if there are any trees), for example, you are a school library. Another example is the purpose of your photo. This is hard to say. But if the whole idea is wrong, then taking pictures should be banned anywhere!
