1On the evening of March 29th to 30th, 947, the Central Committee held a meeting in Zaolingou, Qingjian County, northern Shaanxi Province to discuss the actions of the Central Committee. The meeting decided that the central authorities and the headquarters of the People's Liberation Army should stay in northern Shaanxi to direct the operations of the People's Liberation Army in the national liberated areas; Some central government officials moved to North China to form a Central Working Committee to carry out the work entrusted by the Central Committee.
