If you buy goods through our online mall, please click /cust/order/myorderinfo to find out the order status and select "Cancel the order" or "Refund". Users who purchase in the login-free mode can also enter their ID cards and contact numbers at the time of processing, and can query orders without logging in. If you need to unsubscribe from value-added services, you can log in to the mobile phone business hall APP and unsubscribe in the following ways:

Method 1: Click "Service > Handling > Other Business Handling > Unsubscribe Value-added Services";

Method 2: click "service > inquiry > basic business inquiry > I have ordered > value-added services".
