Send the manuscript and application form to Germination magazine (issues 7, 8, 9 and 10 in 2004). The eleventh issue of Germination magazine will be accompanied by a registration form. Just cut it out and fill it out. The budding address will also be posted on it. There is no limit to the number of submissions.
