Huang Weijiu, male, Han nationality, born in Changsha, Hunan Province, was born in February 1969. He is a graduate student and a doctor of engineering. Worked in September, 1994, and joined China in September. He is currently the Dean of the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Chongqing University of Technology.
