Introduction to primary accounting:

The primary accounting title examination, also known as assistant accountant exam and primary accounting professional and technical qualification examination, is an examination organized by the whole country, with unified examination time, unified examination outline, unified examination proposition and unified qualification standard, and is held once a year in principle.

Anyone who is engaged in accounting work in state organs, social organizations, enterprises, institutions and other organizations and meets the registration requirements can apply for the exam. Those who pass the examination will be awarded the Accounting Professional and Technical Qualification Certificate uniformly printed by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Finance.

Application conditions:

(1) Adhere to principles and have good professional ethics.

(2) Earnestly implement the Accounting Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the unified national accounting system, as well as relevant financial laws, regulations and rules, and there is no serious violation of financial discipline.

(4) Having a high school diploma or above recognized by the education department. When applying for registration, the applicant should submit academic credentials and resident identity documents (Hong Kong and Macao residents should submit their own identity documents).

Primary accounting examination subjects and performance management;

1, examination subjects:

The primary qualification examination of accounting specialty technology consists of two subjects: the basis of economic law and primary accounting practice.

The examination time of Primary Accounting Practice is adjusted to 2 hours, and the examination time of Basic Economic Law is adjusted to 1.5 hours. The two subjects are tested continuously, with a total test time of 3.5 hours. According to the different examination requirements in different regions, it can be divided into paper-and-pencil examination and paperless examination.

2. Performance management:

Those who take the primary qualification examination must pass all the examinations within one examination year. Only then can you obtain the primary qualification certificate of accounting professional technology.

The qualification standard is 60 points for each subject. Accounting professional and technical qualifications shall be registered regularly. The qualification certificate is registered every three years. The holder shall go through the registration formalities at the office designated by the local personnel and finance department according to the regulations. Personnel who have obtained professional and technical qualifications in accounting shall receive continuing education for accounting personnel at the corresponding level in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Finance.
