China celebrated Buddha's birthday with the lunar calendar. Is this the same day as recorded in the Indian Buddhist calendar?

Lunar calendar is the calendar of Shennong period in China, and it is also the earliest calendar in the world (still in use today). Babylonian calendar is a calendar made by Babylonian priests (also called New Year Sowing Festival). The Buddhist calendar was formulated after Sakyamuni's enlightenment, and the rules are basically the same as those of the China lunar calendar. Tibet itself is a tribe in China. It studied the Eight Diagrams of the Xia Dynasty, The Book of Changes and Five Elements, and didn't use the time wheel calendar, also known as Tibetan calendar, until the evolution of 1027. Tibetan New Year is the solstice of winter.
