The difference between time and instant

A certain moment must be a certain time point, which can be a certain time point or a period of time between two time points.

"Time" generally refers to the number of scales on clocks and watches, indicating the specific time. For example, at 7 o'clock in the morning, the hour hand points to 7 and the minute hand points to 12. "Time" refers to the time elapsed from one moment to another. For example, I start work at 7: 30 in the morning, get off work at 1 1: 30, and work for 4 hours in the morning, where "4 hours" means time.

The unit name of time is a little different from time. Time is generally said to be "when and how many minutes" or "when and how many minutes", and time is generally said to be "how many minutes an hour".
