Information about Tianhuangdong

Shoushan stone, produced in Shoushan, Fujian, is the best seal. The history of Shoushan stone printing can be traced back at least to the "Lingling Taishou Chapter" in the Jin Dynasty. Generally speaking, Shoushan stone contains a lot of iron oxide, so its color is particularly bright, especially Tian Huangshi. ? Shoushan Stone, one of the traditional "Four Yin Zhangshi" in China, is known as "the treasure of China". Shoushan stone is distributed in the "golden triangle" zone at the junction of northern suburb of Fuzhou and Lianjiang and Luoyuan. Shoushan stone belongs to the rock subclass of colored stone in gemology and color stone science. Its species and stone names are very complicated, with about 100 varieties. Shoushan stone can be roughly divided into three categories: tiankeng, puddle and mountain pit stone. Among them, the famous Tian Huangshi is a tiankeng stone, which is produced in the "paddy field" next to Shoushan River. The stone is extremely wet, dense and delicate, with radish patterns, some with red ribs or red squares. Shi Tian is located between Shoushan Township and Gao Shanfeng, and is divided into four areas: Shangzhong, Xiabantian and Xijiantian. The output is very small, so it is quite rare. Shi Tian is divided into Tianhuang, Tian Hong, Baitian, Grey Field and Black Field by color. Tianhuang is divided into orange peel red, orange peel yellow, golden yellow, loquat yellow, osmanthus yellow and cooked millet yellow. Tianhuang is known as "the emperor in the stone" because of its good quality and strong color, and its price is extremely high. There is a saying that one or two fields of yellow, one or two gold.
