How to cancel the schedule of vivo mobile phone?

If it refers to the schedule deletion method in the calendar:

Enter the calendar-click on the top? -To delete the long-term plan on demand, click Delete. Some plans imported from third-party accounts cannot be modified locally. If you don't need such a schedule, you can go to Calendar-click ":"-Settings-Calendar Account in the upper right corner and uncheck such a schedule.
