Stewed lobster sauce with yellow clothes is not very clean without washing. Braised douchi takes a long time to fully ferment. If the yellow coat is not clean, it may be toxic.

According to China Pharmacopoeia (version 20 10), the optimum fermentation technology was determined, and the fermented soybean with stable quality was prepared. Take 90g of Mulberry Leaves and 0/00g of Artemisia annua L./kloc-,add 0/8 times of medicinal material/kloc-,decoct for 3 times, each time 1h, filter, combine the extractive solutions of the three times, concentrate to about 1000mL, and mix 1000mg of washed soybeans into the liquid medicine. When the potion is used up, the beans are full. Put the beans in a steamer, steam them for 1.5h, take them out, spread them out, put them in bamboo weaving, cover the cooked mulberry leaves and Artemisia annua residue, put them in an incubator, ferment naturally at (30 2)℃, turn them regularly to make them ferment evenly, ferment for 6-8 days until the yellow coat is on, and take them out. Remove the residue, wash off the yellow coat, put it in (30 2)℃ for full fermentation, take it out when the aroma overflows, steam it a little, and dry it in the air to get the finished product of lobster sauce.
