According to Baidu Encyclopedia, Longhui County is a county under the jurisdiction of Shaoyang City, Hunan Province, located in the southwest of central Hunan and the north of Shaoyang City. It is located in the upper reaches of Zijiang River, the rest of Xuefeng Mountain. It belongs to the subtropical monsoon humid climate, adjacent to 6 counties (cities), with a total area of 2868 square kilometers.
