Sims 3-MOD installation method

There are many MODs in sims 3. Generally, there are three formats with suffix. Sims3Pack。 Sim and Parcel. Here are the installation methods of these three MODS.

Sims 3MOD is generally divided into three types:

1 files with the suffix Sims3Pack

Put it in my file Electronic Art sims 3 to download. If there is no download folder in my document EA sims 3, please create one yourself. Pay attention to the case and don't make a mistake in the name. Then run the sims 3 game launcher. On the left side of the interface, there are options such as uploading, downloading and running games. Select download, and the MOD you put in the download folder will appear on the right. Check the box in front of the file and select Install.

PS: Files can be directly deleted after successful download.

2. Files with suffixes. Simulation game

In my document, Electronic Arts sims 3SavedSims.

If you don't have this folder, please create one yourself. If you don't display it when you enter the game, just export a character from the game and this folder will be generated automatically.

PS: Most of my documents are located on drive C by default, but some computers are located on drive D by default.

3. Files with the suffix Packages

Put it in the directory of my file Sims 3Modspackages. If you don't have the above folders, please create them yourself in order.

It should be noted that if this MOD wants to run normally, it must have a file named Resource.cfg Search online, and the file should be placed in X: sims 3The Sims 3, which is the root directory of the game installation.

PS: If there is no Mods, create one yourself and change the name to Mods. Create a folder in Mods and change the name to packages.

Sims 2MOD installation method:

Double-click the file with the suffix. Sims2pack (usually houses and people) to install it. If a window with open mode pops up, please choose to always open it with the packageinstaller in the csbin folder under the game directory. If you don't find the installed role when you enter the game, please pay attention to choosing the age and gender.
