A Brief History of Zhao in the Late Warring States Period

Zhao (403 BC-222 BC) was a vassal state in China during the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, and was one of the Seven Heroes of the Warring States Period.

The monarch won the surname Zhao, the second son of Fei Lian, a famous minister in Shang Dynasty, and was originally the marquis of Zhao. From the 6th generation below Zhao Fu to choosing a father, choosing a father to give birth to an uncle, and from the 5th generation below uncle to Zhao Su, Zhao Su followed him to escape 19 and returned.

Zhao Shuai was appointed as the national government. Zhao Yang broke the pattern of Manchu and Six Dynasties in the State of Jin, Zhao Wuxu resisted the siege of Zhi, Han and Wei, and built Xiang to establish the territory of Zhao.

After Zhao Zhi's war, the capital was invaded several times, and neighboring countries were eyeing it. All these have forced Zhao people to be particularly United, tolerant and good at fighting, and only in this way can they survive. On the contrary, Qi was partial to Jiaodong, and there was no worry about foreign invasion, so the Chinese people did not dare to fight.

In the middle of the Warring States period, in order to deal with the alliance of Chu, Qi and Wei, Zhao adopted the diplomatic strategy of "uniting Qin, Zhao and Song". After the Warring States period, the relationship between Qin and Zhao changed from diplomatic restoration to direct decisive battle.
