So, why did GMAC suddenly take measures to shorten the question bank without warning? Bian Xiao believes that there are two main reasons:

It is an indisputable fact that gmat is becoming more and more popular in China. The number of participants is increasing, and some problems that were not obvious before are gradually highlighted. For example, centralized registration according to the time of warehouse change leads to a particularly large number of exams in certain time periods and times; Some topics that were originally set as difficult problems and need a certain amount of time, second selection and so on. This may have attracted the attention of GMAC, which triggered the implementation of measures to shorten the question bank.

The interval between gmat registration was originally 30 days, but it was shortened to 15 days in July last year, which gave candidates who had only one exam opportunity in each question bank cycle the opportunity to brush their World War II scores in the same question bank again, which may lead to a significant improvement in the scores of some candidates in the second exam, which has a certain impact on the fairness of gmat test results.
