(3) Account complaint (please choose this method if you forget the problem of secret protection and don't bind your mobile phone number).

2. First, you can choose the method of "verifying secret protection to retrieve the password".

(1) Click the button to enter the verification interface.

(2) Verify security issues.

(3) Enter a new password and other contents to complete the modification.

3. If you forget the secret security problem, you can retrieve the password through SMS verification through the bound mobile phone number.

(1) Click the "SMS password retrieval" button to enter the SMS password retrieval page.

(2) According to the prompt information, send the content and retrieve the password.

4. If you don't remember the secret security problem and whether you are bound to your mobile phone, you can get it back by appealing.

(1) Click the "Account Appeal" button to enter the relevant page.

(2) Enter the verification in the new page and proceed to the next step.
