The circuit load at home is small, so we can only plug in the refrigerator, battery car and TV, and all the extra ones are burned. Is this a fact?

That's not true. The electricity load at home is very small. In other words, there should not be too many devices running at the same time. Otherwise, the voltage will drop and the line may overheat. But it will not cause damage to other electrical appliances. Unless the voltage is low enough to exceed the allowable range of electrical appliances.

When you plug in the charger, sparks (transformer type) may occur during the plugging and unplugging process, which will form spikes on the power cord, thus damaging some circuits, so an absorption circuit can be set at the power supply end of the charger.
