Shadow system, Returnil, Deepfreeze, Lenovo freezing point, which is better?

Freezing point, more like a restore software (maybe), takes up more system resources. But relatively stable. Shadow and returnil are the same type and comparable. The latter may be more functional and easier to use. But in my personal experience, the shadow is still relatively stable. Returnil is not suitable for systems with small memory and has no overall protection. Lenovo freezing point? -It seems to be called Frozen.
