Is it safe to pray to God for peace?

Jesus said to them, Ask and it will be given to you. Seek and you will find; Knock and I'll open the door for you. For everyone who asks will receive it; What you look for, you will find; Whoever knocks at the door will open the door for him. Which of you has a son who asks for bread and gives him a stone? Ask for fish and give him a snake? Although you are not good, you know how to give good things to children. How much more will your father in heaven give good things to those who ask him? (Mt.7: 7- 1 1).

Paul also said: don't worry about anything, just tell God what you want through prayer, supplication and thanks. God's unexpected peace will protect your hearts in Christ Jesus. 4: 6-7).

As long as you sincerely pray to God, you will find peace.
