It must be noted that (1) when judging the direction, the watch should be flat; (2) In the area between 20 30' south latitude, it is not suitable for use around noon, that is, every 15 plus 1 hour in the east and every 15 plus 1 hour in the west.

Many people know that the sun rises in the east and sets in the west, and then you can know the north and south according to the left, west, right, east, upper north and lower south. There is another way, using an analog watch, the hour hand is aimed at the sun, and the middle position between the minute hand and the hour hand is due south!

Then, in the night without sun, stars and moon, on cloudy days, rainy and snowy days, how can we tell the difference between southeast and northwest? Signs in the city will indicate the southeast and northwest, so what about non-urban places or the wild without signboards? How to distinguish between southeast and northwest? Note: If it is 9: 25, point the pointer at the sun, and you can see that the bisector between 9: 00 and 25: 00 is almost north. You can confirm it first.

Question 6: How to distinguish the southeast, northwest and northwest directions in real life? The first method. If you can see the sun in the morning and evening, the simplest way to distinguish it is that the sun rises in the east and sets in the west, and the clockwise direction is southeast and northwest. This is basic common sense.

The second method. Nowadays, street signs in cities generally have four directions: east, west, north and south, as shown below. When I go to the street, I often check whether the road sign is in the wrong direction.

The third way is to bring a compass, but nowadays, apart from professionals, few people usually bring a compass with them.

The fourth method. Wear a watch with compass function. Now many general sports watches have this function, which is very convenient.

The fifth method. Measured with a magnet marked with a north-south magnetic field. This method is generally only used in experiments, and its accuracy is not high, so it is not recommended in real life.

The sixth method. Just download a compass app with your mobile phone. Now it is basically a smart phone, and the compass app is also very powerful. With the help of the gravity sensor of smart phone, it has high precision and convenient reading. Very user-friendly, highly recommended!

The seventh method. Just use a map app, such as Baidu map, put the phone horizontally, and then press the reset map button on the map to automatically reset the north-south direction of the map.

Question 7: How to judge the direction of southeast and northwest in life? Use a watch to tell the direction

Method 1: The sun rises and sets in the west, and we can find the east-west direction according to it. You can find the north-south direction (according to your hemisphere) with your watch. If the weather is cloudy, judge by the brightest place in the sky (the sun). If you don't wear a watch, as long as you know the time at that time, draw a watch on the paper. The position of the hour hand is consistent with the time at that time, and the direction is judged by the above method.

Northern hemisphere:

Point the hour hand to the direction of the sun, and imagine that there is a line with an included angle of half between it and 12, which points to the south.

Southern hemisphere:

Align the point 12 with the direction of the sun, and half of the included angle between the hour hand and the point 12 points to the north.

Method 2: Divide your time by 2, and then aim the quotient at the sun. The direction indicated by 12 on the dial is north.

From 9 am to 4 pm, you can quickly identify the general direction according to the following sentence: "Hour is half of the sun,'12' refers to the north". If it is at 9 am, it should be facing the sun at 4: 30; If it is at 2: 40 pm (that is, 14: 40), it should be at 7: 20, facing the sun, and the direction of the word "12" is the north.

It should be pointed out that:

1. "Hour" is 24 hours a day, for example, at 1 pm, it is 13 hours.

2. When judging the direction, the timetable should be flat (face up).

3. In the area between 20 30' south latitude and 20 30' north latitude, this method should not be used around noon.
