Huang Qi Middle School is about to start enrolling students in the first day of 2009. According to the relevant policies of the provincial and municipal education authorities on compulsory education enrollment, referring to the provisions of Article 27 of the Regulations on the Implementation of the Law on the Promotion of Private Education in People's Republic of China (PRC), and after studying and soliciting the opinions of the Education Bureau, the school decided to implement the following scheme:

1. The fresh graduates of primary schools studying in urban areas are recommended by urban primary schools, and the number of recommended primary schools is determined according to the proportion of students enrolled in secondary schools in Huang Qi in 2007 and 2008. Students with recommended qualifications sign up for the interview held by Huang Qi Middle School, and the final admission qualification will be determined according to their performance in the interview. The number of urban enrollment plans is issued by the Education Bureau.

2. The fresh primary school graduates who graduated from non-urban areas will sign up for the interview held by Huang Qi Middle School with their household registration books, and the final admission qualification will be determined according to the students' performance in the interview.

3. Huang Qi Middle School applies the same charging standards as in the past to all fresh primary school graduates who have obtained admission qualifications.
