The second and most important point is that the translation of the same word in different dictionaries is different. I don't think memorizing words can just recite the meaning and part of speech.

I like to recite words with sentences.

For example: I want to remember the meaning of access: I can get it. . .

Then I'll make a sentence: Mr. Zhang has a chance to get our test paper.

So I understand the meaning.

Especially the adverbs of function words, which have many meanings, should be memorized by examples.
