What if the ship hits the bridge?

Legal analysis: If no one else is injured, positive compensation will do.

Legal basis: Article 2 of the International Convention for the Unification of Certain Legal Provisions on Collision of Ships. In case of collision due to accident, force majeure or unknown reasons, the damage shall be borne by the victims themselves.

The provisions of this article shall apply even if the ship concerned or one of the ships is at anchor (or moored in other ways) at the time of collision.
