Who is the mayor of the puppet Manchukuo Xinjiang?

During the Puppet Manchuria, eight people served as mayors of Xinjiang Special City, namely:

Jin Bidong (1896- 1940, real name Aisingiorro Kui Xian, the first mayor of Beijing News) was appointed as the mayor of Beijing on March 6th, the first year of Datong (1932).

Han was appointed on May 25th, the second year of Kant (1935).

Ueda Kotaro (Japanese) was published on May 7th, 4th year of Kant (1937).

Xu was appointed in July 1937, the fourth year of Kant.

Yu Jingyuan was appointed on February 10 in the fifth year of Kant (1938).

Kim Shi Ming (1886- 1964, whose real name is Aisingiorro Wukong) was appointed as Kim on May 26th, the seventh year of Kant.

Zhang Lianwen was appointed on September 28th in the 9th year of Kant (1942).

Yu Jingtao was appointed on August 1 1 in the 12th year of Kant (1945).
