When do you usually eat noodles?
"Happy noodles" refers to noodles with happy meaning. In China, most people have a national tradition called "Eating Happy Noodles", and some people invite their children to have dinner at home.
Before eating noodles, guests must eat snacks, brown sugar porridge, eggs, melon seeds, peanuts, fruits, sugar and so on. If happy noodles are arranged on the twelfth day, then the dessert must be jiaozi. According to the shape of jiaozi, it means "bone union" and wishes the parturient a speedy recovery. There is also the custom of eating noodles, and the main family usually needs a chef. In the past, banquets paid attention to ten big bowls and two big plates, commonly known as "two big pieces at a banquet". These two pieces must be whole chicken and whole fish.
