What is a water station?

Water-stabilized mixing station is a large-scale machinery specially used for mixing water-stabilized materials in industrial buildings. Water-stabilized materials generally include cement, fly ash, graded macadam and stabilized soil materials.

It is used for the construction of stabilized soil at the grass-roots level of high-grade highways, urban roads, squares and airports. It can continuously mix and produce finished products of lime-fly ash macadam, lime stabilized soil and industrial waste residue stabilized soil with different gradations.

Subdivision of water-stabilized mixing station;

1, mobile water-stabilized mixing station

Each bin of the mobile mixing station can be pulled by tires, which is convenient and flexible in transition and low in production capacity.

2. Fixed water-stable mixing station

The fixed stabilized soil mixing station needs to hit the foundation with concrete and then fix the equipment on it, which has high production capacity.
