It was a dry day in Jiawu, and a slight cold arrived in beginning of spring. It was Ding Chou Yue:

From June, 5438 to October, 2000/kloc-0, the slight cold lasted until February in beginning of spring.

From June 5th, 2005 to 10, slight cold came to beginning of spring in February.

Calendars are not commonly used, but calendars are mostly used in numerology. Therefore, it is based on the solar term month, not the new moon, which is different from the calendar year based on the lunar year. In fact, the widely circulated Ganzhi Year originated in beginning of spring in that year, which is a numerology view, not a folk custom.
