(3) Account complaint (if you forget the secret protection problem and don't bind your mobile phone number, choose this method)

2. First, you can choose the method of "verifying the secret protection and retrieving the password".

(1) Click the button to enter the verification interface.

(2) Verify security issues.

(3) Enter the new password and other contents to complete the modification.

3. If you forget the secret protection problem, you can retrieve the password through SMS verification through the bound mobile phone number.

(1) Click the "SMS password retrieval" button to enter the SMS password retrieval page.

(2) According to the prompt information, send the content and retrieve the password.

4. If you don't remember the secret security problem and whether to bind the mobile phone, you can get it back through the complaint.

(1) Click the "Account Appeal" button to enter the relevant page.

(2) Enter verification in the new page, and then proceed to the next step.
