What does Zheluo cuisine mean?

Zheluo is a Chinese word with the pinyin of "shéluó", which comes from Zhang Shouchen's "Melting Waxes": "The old lady eats noodles at noon and Zheluo at night." It means leftover food.

Moreover, in ancient times, every year on the fourth day of the first month, the lunar calendar was occupied by sheep, so it was often said that "three sheep (yang) opened Thailand" was a symbol of good luck. This day is also a day to welcome the Kitchen God back to the people. Folk custom says, "welcome the kitchen god, send the Vulcan, and the whole family will eat together." The "fold" here also refers to the hodgepodge of leftovers during the Chinese New Year.
