Louis Koo plays Tian Min, a retired police elite, who is Shao Cong's younger brother and now runs a bar. He was involved in a criminal case because he met a drunken mainland woman Xiaoyun in a bar.

Shawn Yue plays Shao Cong, a road driver and Tian Min's younger brother. He played a prodigal son and was involved in a bribery case. Yam Tat-wah plays the director of justice and leads the Hong Kong police and local gangs to join the melee.
