What was the name of Huanglishan in Xinhua County, Hunan Province in Qing Dynasty?

Now Xinhua County, formerly known as Meishan, is located in the middle of Hunan Province. It has always refused to accept the jurisdiction of the court, which ruled alone and could not be conquered by the court. It was called "Meishan people" until the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty, when it surrendered to the imperial court through peaceful negotiations, so it was called "Wang Hua's new land", hence the name "Xinhua".
