Is it accurate to see the birth of boys and girls on the old calendar?
From a scientific point of view, there is no substantial scientific basis for boys and girls born in the old Huang calendar. The birth of a boy and a girl has been decided from the moment when sperm and eggs combine. It is the chromosomes carried by sperm that determine the sex of the fetus. If the X chromosome is combined with the egg, the fetus is a boy. If the Y chromosome is combined with the egg, the fetus is a girl. Theoretically, the probability of having a boy and a girl is 50% respectively. Remember not to believe the old Huang calendar that boys and girls are born. As long as you are healthy, both boys and girls are treasures.
