Ni Xiahai (1954 —2022), an American Chinese medicine practitioner, is a director, vice president and professor of Hantang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Taiwan Province Province, and a native of Tainan City, Taiwan Province Province, China. His ancestral home is Rui 'an, Zhejiang. He passed the examination of practicing Chinese medicine in Yale University and New York State, and passed the examination of Chinese medicine in Taipei, and obtained the certificate of qualified Chinese medicine practitioner.
