It is a trinity building of palace, temple and yamen built in Yong Zhengdi to worship the river god and reward those who have made meritorious deeds in river management in past dynasties. Its architectural style is similar to that of the Forbidden City, mainly including the mountain gate, the Imperial Monument Pavilion and the Imperial Palace.
