How many days does the state stipulate for marriage leave?

According to the document No.29 [80] of the former State General Administration of Labor, employees can be given one to three days' marriage leave as appropriate when they get married, subject to the approval of the administrative leaders of the unit. At the same time, according to the provisions of the notice (59) No.67 issued by the former Ministry of Labor on June 1959, if an enterprise employee asks for marriage and funeral leave within three working days, his salary will be paid as usual, which is what we usually call statutory employees now.

At the same time, according to Article 16 of the Regulations of Beijing Municipality on Population and Family Planning (revised on 20 16), couples who are legally registered for marriage are entitled to seven days' holiday in addition to the marriage leave stipulated by the state.
