Pang Zhuoheng was born in 1935 in Chongqing. 1959 graduated from the history department of Peking University. 65438-0962 teaches at Tianjin Normal University (formerly Tianjin Normal University). 1986.12-1987.7, visiting professor, University of Sussex, UK; From July to August, 1990, University of Oslo, Norway and University of Copenhagen, Denmark visited and gave lectures; 1999.11—2000.12, visiting professor, University of Houston, USA. He is currently the director, professor and doctoral supervisor of the Institute of History and Development of Tianjin Normal University. Member of the Academic Committee of the Center for Historical Theory and History Research of Beijing Normal University, member of the Academic Committee of the Center for Classical Civilization Research of Northeast Normal University, and visiting professor of the Asian-American Research Center of the University of Houston, USA; Vice Chairman of China World Ancient Medieval History Research Association, Vice Chairman of Historical Theory Branch of China Historical Society, Honorary Director of Chinese Yanhuang Culture Research Association, and Deputy Director of Editorial Board of History Teaching.
