Is the license marriage or alliance?

Permission and alliance are two different concepts, but they are both related to marriage.

Getting a license is getting married. Marriage means that a man marries a woman, holds a wedding on an auspicious day and lives with his partner. Engagement is an engagement ceremony, which means getting married and giving engagement gifts, commonly known as small engagement.

After getting the marriage certificate, they are already legal couples and can live together, so getting the certificate is considered marriage.
