According to the ancient book "Zhou Li Xia Guan Zhi Fang Shi", "distinguish its country, country, capital and despised people, four yi, eight yi, seven Fu Jian, nine raccoons, five Rong and six Di."

Zheng Xuan in the Eastern Han Dynasty pointed out: "People are different from foreigners ... four, eight, seven, nine, five and six, and the number of countries served by Zhou is also." Tang Gong Yanshu: "Xiong Shu lives in Puruman, and his descendants are divided into seven kinds, so he is called Seven People."
