The process of social transfer generally takes one and a half months. Because the social security transfer is divided into four links, the policy stipulates that each link cannot exceed 15 working days at the longest:

1. The applicant submits a written application for the transfer and continuation of the basic old-age insurance relationship to the social security agency of the newly insured place;
