After long-term operation, the mortgagor has carried out certain commercial propaganda intentionally or unintentionally, and formed some regular customers, that is, repeat customers. In addition, some shops transfer goods with them. In view of this, the mortgagor charges a certain amount of transfer money.

However, if the payer is in a hurry to exchange money or the above situation is basically negligible, there are cases where the transfer fee is not charged.
