At the end of July, the Student Affairs Office will make statistics and tabulations on the procedures for leaving school and the students' graduation certificates that have not been issued, and indicate the reasons for not obtaining the certificates and submit them to the college archives.
5. In principle, the graduation certificate is collected by the students themselves. If I can't come to school due to practical difficulties and entrust others to receive the graduation certificate, the agent must bring a copy of my ID card and the student's personal power of attorney to collect it, and the counselor (class teacher) and the student officer can check it before issuing it.
6. After the following problems are solved, the relevant procedures shall be handled according to the graduation procedures of graduates, specifically:
(1) Students whose tuition fees have been paid off from July 7 to July 15 will go through the graduation formalities at the Student Affairs Office on the morning of July 15. Students who pay tuition fees after July 15 will receive their diplomas later.
(2) Students who violate discipline need to wait for the expiration of the inspection period, apply for dismissal in person, and hand in relevant materials. The department will write a written opinion and report it to the Student Affairs Office for review. With the consent of the college, they can go through the relevant formalities of leaving school at the student affairs office.
(3) Students who fail the exam can apply for a second interview. They need to take the initiative to contact the counselor (class teacher) and return to school to complete the exam at the retest time specified by the Academic Affairs Office. After passing all subjects, you should go through the relevant graduation formalities at the student office with your transcripts, and the graduation certificate time should be filled in according to the issuing time. Those who are still unqualified will get a diploma and will not renew it.
7. Students' files are mailed by the Student Affairs Office to the Personnel Bureau (talent exchange center) of the corresponding province and place according to the address on the registration card, and students can go through relevant formalities according to the time and address on the registration card. Graduates whose grades are unqualified, who violate discipline during graduation or who have not completed the formalities of leaving school will not start school. If the archival materials are not perfect, fill in the relevant materials first, and then go through the relevant formalities at the student office.
