Located in Bai Tao Street, Fuling District, Chongqing. According to relevant public information, the 8 16 project is located in Bai Tao Street, Fuling District, Chongqing, adjacent to Wujiang River and backed by Wuling Mountain. The Central Military Commission and Premier Zhou Enlai approved the construction in document 1966. It took 8 years to dig caves and 9 years to install equipment, with a total investment of 746 million yuan.
