What is the biggest difference between resignation and job-hopping?

There is a difference between leaving and resigning.

The word resignation has two meanings: one means to leave your post temporarily, and the other means to leave your post and never come back.

There are two kinds of employee turnover:

(1) The employee leaves the company voluntarily, that is, the employee unilaterally applies to leave the company;

(2) The enterprise proposes to terminate the labor relationship between the two parties because the employees are incompetent, the probation period is unqualified or the company rules and regulations are seriously violated.

Resignation is a Chinese word with two meanings. One refers to resignation. The second generally refers to resignation.

Resignation refers to the termination of labor relations when employees quit their jobs according to labor laws or labor contracts.

There are generally three kinds of resignation:

1, immediately dissolve the labor relationship according to law;

2. According to the laborer's own choice, notify the employer in writing 30 days in advance to terminate the labor contract relationship;

3. Apply to the employer and both parties agree to terminate the contract.
