How to set the gray font in the printer?

A gray font in a printer refers to a font whose color is lighter than black. They are usually used for subtitles in texts or other texts that need to be weakened. When we use the printer, if we want to adjust the font color in the text, we can do it through the following steps:

open a document

Open the document you want to print and select a font from the format menu.

Choose a color

In the Font dialog box, locate the Color tab and click it. In the Color tab, you can see different color and shadow options. We can choose a gray color from these options, and then click the OK button to apply our selection.

Print document

Finally, we can continue to edit and print our documents, and the gray font we choose should appear in our text.

Reference instruction

At the same time, if we need other special settings when printing, we can refer to the instruction manual of the printer or search related tutorials on the Internet for more help.
