Elevator synchronous motor

The synchronous motor on the elevator is controlled by frequency conversion.

Now the elevators seen on the Internet all use two-speed AC asynchronous motors. This is the old calendar.

Now elevators are all variable frequency, VVVF, variable frequency. All the new elevators I have seen in this decade are frequency conversion.

What drawings do synchronous motors need? Frequency conversion means UVW. Not a two-speed ladder, but also phase and pole modulation.
