Why do China people attach great importance to housewarming?

People's living conditions have improved and their lives are happy and beautiful. Naturally, celebrating is a very pleasant thing, and it always is. Therefore, China people naturally attach great importance to housewarming.

Please note when moving:

(1) new house layout. Post red couplets and banners at gates, halls, shrines, kitchens, etc. Some even put the word "Fu" on the gate. In-laws must present decorative plaques to congratulate them.

② Choose a date. When people move to a new house, they should choose a good day and pay attention to the auspicious day. Many people are crowded on the eighth, eighteenth and twenty-eighth day of the eighth lunar month. For example, the arrangement of "auspicious day of the zodiac" is limited and can be used for two days.

③ Send an invitation. For the host, if you want relatives and friends to come to the celebration dinner, you must send an invitation.

(4) Choose an auspicious day when moving. When moving, firecrackers must be set off, and six items such as rice, money, water, tableware, stove and broom must be delivered to the new house in advance. The so-called "grain and grass come first, but the soldiers and horses have not arrived." It is actually a measure to protect pregnant women from overwork and abortion, so as to avoid pregnant women from participating in the movement and being afraid of moving the fetal god.

(5) Housewarming banquets are usually put in your new house. After 2000, urban residents usually hold banquets in hotels to celebrate their relocation. In order to thank carpenters, bricklayers and painters, some people held a banquet called "Xie Shijiu" specially for craftsmen.
